Explore Concerts and Seasonal Produce at Ladybug's Mew Farm

 Tickets: 

• Offsite ticket sales available (via e-transfer - carolynhoare@shaw.ca) up to 2 hours prior to show time. Please indicate the artist you are paying to see; and include your name(s), email address, and telephone number.
• Onsite (walk-up) ticket sales available (via Cash, Debit, or Credit) for an additional $5.00 per ticket at Ladybug’s Mew, beginning 45 minutes prior to show time
•  subject to availability, as seating is limited 
• Present your printed copy ticket and valid ID at the admission entrance table upon arrival.
• Tickets are non-refundable. You may, however, give or sell your ticket(s) to someone else. If so, please contact the Concert Host – dhoare@shaw.ca or 250-713-9682 – beforehand to alert us accordingly. As well, the ‘replacement’ attendee(s) must provide proof of payment (your printed copy of the e-transfer acceptance email) at the admission entrance table upon arrival.

LIABILITY WAIVER  

“Conditions of Sale”:

“Holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued and waives all claims against the event sponsor, the owner of the facility, the ticket producer or issuer.  No refunds”.  

All concerts will commence as scheduled, rain or shine. Please dress for the weather, as these are open air events (think a mini-Woodstock!)

Parking:

• Park in designated grassy area only.
• Parking for those with mobility needs arranged in advance, space is limited.

As there is access and egress through our farm gate via single  (1,000 feet long) lane traffic only, please be courteous to oncoming traffic. If required, pull out into our hay field (once you have passed the ditch!) to the high side only (towards the property with the log house on it) to allow the other vehicle to pass safely.

The extra bits:

• Bring your own chairs
• Smoke Free Farm
• Leave all pets at home
• Outdoor washroom onsite
• No alcohol permitted on the premises
• Concerts run approximately 2 hours in length (including intermission)
• As this is a working farm, arrive no more than 45 minutes prior to show time and depart no more than 30 minutes after the concert ends 
• A limited selection of beverages (non-alcoholic) and snack items will be available for sale at appropriate times during the event, directly from the Concert Host

We encourage you to consider purchasing the artist’s CD’s and merchandise (as they rely on our support) and take time to visit the Concert Host’s Farm & Garden Centre, and Farm Stand.
